Membership Agreement

Introduction
Welcome to Seekee (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we"). This Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") governs your subscription to our premium membership services, including the ad-free experience. By subscribing to our membership services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Membership Services
By subscribing to Seekee Premium Membership, you will receive the following benefits:
- Ad-Free Experience: Complete removal of all advertisements within the App, including banner ads, interstitial ads, video ads, and native ads.
- Priority Support: Access to priority customer support channels.
- Enhanced Features: Access to premium AI agents and advanced features.
- Unlimited Usage: Removal of certain usage limitations applicable to free users.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
2.1 Available Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly with automatic renewal.
- Annual Plan: Billed annually with automatic renewal at a discounted rate.
2.2 Pricing
Current pricing is displayed within the App at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with prior notice.
2.3 Payment Methods
Payment will be processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), depending on your device platform. All payments are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions.
3. Subscription Term and Renewal
3.1 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be applied to your payment method on file.
3.2 Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
4.2 Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the refund policies of the App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact the respective platform for refund inquiries. We do not process refunds directly.
4.3 Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you violate any terms of this Agreement or our Terms of Service. In case of termination due to violation, no refund will be provided.
5. Ad-Free Experience
5.1 Scope
The ad-free experience applies to all advertisements served directly by Seekee within the App. This includes but is not limited to:
- Banner advertisements
- Interstitial advertisements
- Rewarded video advertisements
- Native advertisements
5.2 Limitations
Please note that the ad-free experience does not extend to:
- Third-party content or links accessed through the App
- Promotional content about Seekee features or updates
- Content from AI agents that may reference products or services as part of natural conversation
6. Account Requirements
To subscribe to our membership services, you must:
- Have a valid Seekee account
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
- Have a valid payment method associated with your App Store or Google Play account
- Agree to these Membership Agreement terms
7. Changes to Membership Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the membership services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to membership benefits or pricing. If you do not agree with such changes, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Membership services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any technical issues that may temporarily affect your ad-free experience.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of membership services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the membership during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
